Solid gains overall - up 2.3%. PDS Bio picks up almost 14%.

A fairly positive day with stocks climbing 2.3% on average. There were 16 gaining ground with 11 losing.

PDS Bio had a great day, gaining almost 14%. NanoViricides gained 9%. Arcturus and Gritstone gained 7%.  Vaxart gained just under 6% and Inovio and Tonix picked up around 5%.
