Onco Sec gains 7% on flat day

One of the flattest days ever. Stocks ease lower by 0.1% with stocks unchanged for the first time ever. 18 drifted lower and 6 gained ground.

Onco Sec was the standout, gaining 7%. Arcturus lead the way down with a 4.5% loss. Beyond that, there was no movements near 5% up or down which is extremely rare.
