Tonix makes a move - up 23%

Tonix makes a huge upside move with a 23% jump to lead the way on a relatively flat day. Overall, these stocks gained 0.4% on average even though only 10 stocks gained ground today.  

GeoVax was the only other double digit gainer, jumping up 11%. Heat Biologics re-gained some ground today with a nice 8% jump. Altimmune also did well, pushing up just under 5%.

IBio was the biggest loser today, falling 10% while OncoSec gave back some ground, falling 6%.
