NanTKwest continues its great run with another 19% upswing on a day that was relatively flat with an overall gain of 0.3% on average. Inovio was second strongest with a gain of over 9%. There were 14 stocks up and 12 down with PDS Bio flat.
Tonix lead on the downside, falling 9%, while Arcturus fell just under 7%.
