FLAT DAY FOR COVID VACCINE STOCKS - INOVIO bounces back

Pretty much a flat day for COVID VACCINE Stocks. 13 moved up and 12 moved down with the average return at zero. 

Inovio (INO) continued its yo-yo ride with an almost 9% rebound today - posting the strongest return of all the COVID VACCINE stocks. Another recent top performer Vaxart (VXRT) gave back almost 8% for the weakest performance of the day.

The mid-day news that Moderna's clinical trials will be delayed caused the stock to reverse course, trading down to $58, down almost 5%:
