Another strong day on the market, with the DOW up 526, turns into a flat day for COVID VACCINE STOCKS after a very promising start. The stocks traded in a narrow range with Biondvax (BVXV) up the most, almost 4%. Arcturus Therapeutics (ARCT) was the weakest today, down just over 4%.
11 COVID VACCINE STOCKS were up and 12 down with one flat. The average stock fell 0.38%.
Promising news from Oxford University about a low cost steroid treatment that is shown to be effective in healing covid patients may have lowered the sentiment for vaccines and been a factor in the market's success today.
