Sorrento and PDS put in strong days while BioNTech and Moderna fall on flat day overall

Quite a flat day overall with the average gain at 0.3% even though 13 stocks fell and 12 gained ground. 

The top two stocks were Sorrento and PDS Bio gaining just under 7%. VBI also gained 6% while GeoVax picked up just under 5%.

BioNTech slipped 7.5% and Moderna slipped 5% to lead on the downside. There were no double digit movers today.
