Flat day to start the week. Tonix and Arcuturus fall 7%.
Very flat day with a loss of 0.2% overall. There were 14 gainers with 13 losers.
Tonix and Arcturus lead on the way down with losses just under 7%. On the plus side, BioNTech and Vir gained just over 6%.
