Arcturus gains some back. NanTKwest and VBI strong
A mildly positive day with an overall average gain of 1.3%. 15 stocks were up with 11 down.
Arcturus mitigated some of the recent trauma with a 10% gain. Both NanTKwest and VBI Vaccines had strong 7% gains.
