Arcturus and Moderna lead the way.
Arcturus flies up 19% to lead the way. Moderna was up another 10% as it continues its amazing run. Overall, the stocks averaged a gain of 0.8% with 13 up and 13 down.
Both Altimmune and Vaxart had strong upper single digit gains.
