Inovio crushed after FDA questions its approach on the covid vaccine. It's 28% loss is responsible for more than half of the downdraft of COVID VACCINE STOCKS. These stocks lost 1.85% on average.

Thirteen stocks were up while 14 were down.

Sorrento leads the way up with a 5% gain.
