High Volatility - but flat overall averages. Inovio way up and Vaxart way down.

Not so much a flat day as a day where everything balanced out at nothing. There were lots of stocks that had terrible days and a fewer that had really a great day.

In total there were 14 stocks up and 13 down. The stocks on average were up 0.1%.

Inovio had a great day - up 20%. Nano Viricides has showed some serious volatility of late, today it was up 13%. 

Moderna and Novavax were relatively strong, while Adaptive Bio, IMV and PDS had high single digit returns.

To the down side, Vaxart buckled down 16% while Sorrento, Dynavax, Altimmune and Geo Vax had high single digit losses.
